to Coolio, Rappin' 4-Tay & Ice-T, while additionally composing for Sony Playstation. He was also involved with music production for feature films like Bulletproof (with Adam Sandler), Daylight (with Sylvester Stallone), and Gone Fishin' (with Joe Pesci) and for the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Jim's releases and composing credits include music for Sony, PolyGram, MicroSoft, the Playboy Channel, PBS, and MGM. His music is also featured on supermodel Rachel Hunter's power workout videos.

Jim began studying electronic music and production on the Synclavier digital synthesizer at Ithaca College in New York. It was there that he pioneered the Electronic Music/Production program that is offered today. Jim continued to forge his education at Cornell University, Eastman School of Music, and Berklee College of Music. After earning his B.A. in Music, he continued playing in bands, producing demos, putting on elaborate electronic music shows, and doing live sound for about 500 Boston bands and such celebrities as Doc Severenson Orchestra, Shirley Jones and Dionne Warwick. He went on to become musical director at the Boston Conservatory of Music Dance & Theatre.

Seeking a change, Jim relocated to L.A. to pursue performance and production on higher levels, forming a successful rock band (Revolutionary Love Army) and producing the debut album. His "Top Artists" showcase at the world famous Whisky a go-go in Hollywood featured eight of his up and coming artists sharing the stage with a 20 piece orchestra composed and co-arranged by Jim and Elvis Schoenberg's Orchestre Surreal.

Jim's extensive knowledge and background in production, engineering, graphic design, and the music business has positioned him as a well respected independent label head and a highly sought-after producer.
